Starting a meeting in the room
Explore how to start a meeting, including setting up the TV and video bar
Ensuring the TV and video bar are on
Touch the TV screen, the video bar should turn white (or red if muted) and your TV should wake up and display the Teams screen.
Starting the meeting
The video bar is linked to the room you have booked, it acts as a participant of the meeting.
After waking your TV & video bar you should see your meeting listed on the screen and be able to 'join' using the touchscreen.
Remote attendees will be able to see and hear the onsite participants. The camera and microphone can both be controlled by the touchscreen in the same way as you would in any other Teams call.
The video bar will turn green once a meeting has been started.
The meeting organiser should check they have the meeting room booked, and 'Teams' meeting is selected on the meeting invite.
Casting to a meeting room screen
You can cast (screen share) to a meeting room screen during an in person meeting, you do not have to have a meeting set up already to do this.
