Recruiting: Deputy Managers, Team Supervisors, Children’s Home Support Workers

These are exceptional and rare opportunities to be part of a new team at Hockley House, a ground-breaking new Children’s Home and the first of its kind in the county.

Due to open in early 2025, we have our Hockley House Manager in place so are now recruiting the other members of the team. You will start before we open, so this means you have the opportunity to work together, developing the service and creating your own working structure and culture. The core in-house Hockley team will comprise of the Registered Manager; a Deputy Manager and Clinical Lead; three Team Supervisors which includes two Health Professionals, plus 16 Children’s Home Support Workers.

We are looking for caring, creative and passionate people with the ability to build warm, positive and strong relationships which will form solid foundations for positive outcomes for our children.
