Architect
Responsible for the design and planning of buildings and spaces, ensuring they are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. Based in our Property Services team.
Building surveyor
Carry out construction projects and programmes, assess the condition of buildings, ensure compliance with building regulations, and advise on maintenance and repair. Based in our Property Services team.
Civil and highways engineer
Responsible for the design, maintenance, and improvement of streets, the public realm, drainage, and flood defence. Based in our Engineering Services team.
Electrical, mechanical, and building services engineer
Design, install, and maintain systems such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, and lighting. Based in our Property Services team.
Geomatics land surveyor and geotechnical engineer
Collect, interpret and map above and below ground information to inform the design and reduce the risk during project construction. Based in our Engineering Services team.
Quantity surveyor and project planner / manager
Manage costs and contracts for construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time. Based in our Engineering Services and Property Services teams.
Structural engineer
Focus on the design and maintenance of bridges, buildings, and other structures. Based in our Engineering Services or Property Services teams.
Transport planner
Develop policies, strategies and schemes to deliver our Local Transport Plan 4, including walking, cycling and public transport projects. Based in our Integrated Transport team.
