Engineering Services
We provide a range of services to the County Council and other public authorities, including design, project/contract management, site supervision and site investigations covering highway laboratory testing, geomatics and geotechnics.
We specialise in the highways, structures and drainage sectors, but also apply our skills to other infrastructure projects, from recycling centres to salt barns.
We are currently pursuing an ambitious and growing portfolio of schemes and projects to help keep Hampshire moving and growing.

Property Services
We shape, design, deliver, maintain and run buildings and sites that provide key public services and places for the communities they serve
We understand the demands of delivering high quality public services and places within a political environment with multiple stakeholders. We are a 300 strong multi-disciplinary team who work for the County Council.
We provide to clients a full range of services including consultancy, design, operational property services, project management and delivery, estates development, facilities management and procurement solutions to support these activities.
We advise on longer term strategic issues relating to assets and place making for the built estate and the natural environment. We are a forward-thinking organisation with a strong focus on delivering great public sector outcomes, through one integrated property team. We have gained a national reputation for delivery, design, land and asset management, and construction procurement.
Integrated Transport
We are responsible for planning, developing, and implementing transport policies and projects that enhance the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of our region's transport network. We analyse current and future transportation needs, considering factors such as population growth, economic development, and environmental impact. Our team collaborates with various stakeholders, including government agencies, other local authorities, and the public, to create integrated transport solutions that improve connectivity and accessibility.
