The two-year scheme lets you explore different roles in Property Services. You can develop your skill set, with a guaranteed position upon completion of the scheme.

Who are we looking for

We are looking for bright and enthusiastic graduates, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will:

• Be highly driven
• Have a genuine interest in local government and the public sector
• Have an interest in project management
• Be able to build good relationships and work with a team
• Have a minimum 2:1 in any degree subject

Your career development

Our Property Services Generalist Graduate scheme is a fantastic opportunity to work for a thriving public sector organisation. Over 4 six-month placements, you could apply your skills to:

• Energy and Sustainability
• Business change & development
• Digital Strategy
• Communications and Marketing
• Client Relationship Management
• Project Management

Working within our multi-disciplinary teams, along side targeted internal and external training, you will develop skills in:

• Project and Programme Management
• Client Relationship Management
• Presentation skills
• Matrix working & management

You will have ample support throughout the scheme, from current Generalists, your line management, and your project leads. There is also the opportunity to join a multitude of networks, such as the Young Professionals Network where you will get to meet colleagues from the wider professional environment.
