Residential nursing homes
A career in one of our settings is both rewarding and challenging. It takes a person with empathy, professionalism and a genuine love of caring to be successful. You will receive professional support, with continued training and progression opportunities.
Our homes have parking and good access to public transport networks. Within our older adults’ homes, we aim to create a warm and welcoming environment where our  teams deliver the exceptional care our residents deserve. Find out more from our staff about what it's like to work in these roles.
Learning disability residential homes
Our homes, respite and crisis units for people with learning disabilities are staffed by Senior Residential Services Officers and Residential Services Officers who support people to feel at home and enjoy their stay whether it is long or short term.
Staff are highly trained in a range of areas from Autism and Dementia to Challenging Behaviour and Positive Behaviour Support.
Day services
Our day services are in the heart of our communities. They often share buildings with other providers, such as community centres or libraries. Day Opportunities Support Workers work in our day services to support people to enjoy different opportunities and activities in the local community.
We run a variety of activities, with many community-based activities such as archery, swimming, trampolining and drumming. Our centres also have fully equipped kitchens for cooking sessions and offer a variety of inhouse activities such as music and art and craft.
