Wellbeing and support

Regular reflective supervision

All staff in the Adults’ Health and Care Directorate are entitled to regular, reflective supervision. For Social Workers this is 1:1 and a minimum of 1.5 hours per month. Additional support is provided by a Directorate mentoring scheme.

Staff mentoring scheme

The Adults’ Health and Care Directorate offer a mentoring scheme for staff where you can get support from a trained and experienced mentor to support with work related issues.
