Landowner statements

Under the above Acts, landowners are entitled to deposit documentation with the County Council to prevent public rights being recorded on their land. This register contains entries for all landowner deposits received since 1st October 2013. Deposits made before this time under section 31(6) of the Highways Act 1980 are also listed but are incomplete. We are working to update this information.
