About us

Eastleigh Community Link supports adults with a learning disability and complex needs to access activities and opportunities based within the community. Operating our Hexagon Centre base in Chandlers Ford we are open from 9:30am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday. 

We offer an outcome-focused service where people identify what is important to them and what they consider to be a ‘good day’ so that we can plan with them a programme of activities that meet their needs.  Our well trained and experienced staff are skilled in communicating with people using the most appropriate means for each individual.

We can offer a varied choice of activities such as archery, swimming, pottery, computers, arts and crafts and many more along with a variety of  community-based activities, from simple meals out to sailing and canal boat trips.

We have a fully equipped kitchen for cooking sessions and enclosed garden area with a large poly tunnel for recreation and gardening activities.
The experienced team are committed to involving service users in the development of the service and support is offered in an individual person focused manner.

The service benefits from having a fully accessible building and accessible transport.
