About us
Fareham Community Link offers tailored programmes of activity to adults with learning disabilities. We support and enable people to improve their skills for independent living and encourage community access and integration. In providing a full and exciting programme we are able to enhance wellbeing, health and fitness, positive self image and increased confidence to deal with future experiences.
We link with Fareham College and other organisations where service users have been involved in education and conservation work in a voluntary capacity.
In addition to our Bath Lane service we also provide a horticultural training resource at Wynton Way. The site is situated on a ¾ acre plot with a bungalow and fully accessible kitchen, grounds to poly tunnels, green houses and allotments. People are able to enjoy hands on practical experience with staff trained to provide and assess for a City and Guilds certificate in horticulture.
