Packages
Summer hire
April to September
Capacity: 60 guests seated or 80 standing.
Hire from 6pm to 11pm, including set up and pack down.
Cost: £1,050 for exclusive use of The Lookout.
Winter hire
October to March
Capacity: 60 guests seated or 80 standing.
Hire from 5pm to 11pm, including set up and pack down.
Cost: £840 for exclusive use of The Lookout.
Food and drink
From elegant canapés to afternoon teas and hearty buffets, our catering options are designed to suit every celebration. Crafted by our friendly team, our in-house menus offer fresh, seasonal Hampshire produce, such as local trout, heritage tomatoes and handmade desserts. External caterers are welcome too. For menus, prices and to discuss your requirements, do get in touch.
Finishing touches
Our event space is dry hire, meaning that the cost of your booking only includes the venue itself. This gives you the freedom to add your own finishing touches including flowers, decorations, and music. The space also provides tables and chairs, with the option to order extra if needed.

While The Lookout is a wonderful place to host your wedding celebration, it isn’t licensed for legal marriage ceremonies. You’ll need to complete the legal part of your marriage at a licensed venue. For helpful guidance on how to get married in Hampshire, we recommend reading the Hampshire Registration Service’s guide to weddings and civil partnerships.
Prices are valid until end March 2027. After this date, they are subject to review and may increase.
On-site parking is available for all guests at the Beach and Clifftop car parks, with an overflow car park available in the summer months. This includes disabled parking bays.
