Take the lead in creating your dream wedding in the Casson Room. Designed by renowned British architect Hugh Casson, designer of the Elephant House at London Zoo, this unique space is bright and airy, giving you and your guests plenty of space to celebrate together.
Complete your special day by adding your own finishing touches like flowers, decorations and music.
Classic package
Cost: £1,370.
Capacity: Up to 100 people seated or standing.
18 trestle tables for up to 100 guests.
Parking for up to 50 vehicles.
Enhanced package
Cost: £1,580.
Capacity: Up to 100 people seated or standing. 18 trestle tables for up to 100 guests.

- An anniversary cream tea for you and your partner to commemorate your celebration.
- Parking for up to 50 vehicles, located close to the event room.
Included in these packages
- Access to the venue on the following times:
- Day before the event to set up: 3pm to 4pm or 5pm.
- Access on event day: 8:30am to 11pm.
- Pack down the day after: 8:30am to 12 midday.
- Shared use of the Visitor Centre’s facilities.
- Shared access to the outside courtyard during the Visitor Centre’s opening hours.
- Water and electricity.
- Extra help can be hired for £31 per staff member per hour. Room hire during opening times for set-up can also be added for £37 per hour.
Food and drink
From elegant canapés to afternoon teas to hearty buffets, our catering options are designed to suit every celebration. Crafted by our friendly team, our in-house menus offer fresh, seasonal Hampshire produce, such as local trout, heritage tomatoes and handmade desserts.
External caterers are welcome too.
