Perfect for a rustic celebration infused with the charm of Hampshire’s countryside. Both of our packages include the option to hire a large BBQ hearth for an extra £80 per day.
One day package
Cost: £555
- Field hire for the day: 10am to 11pm.
- Access to toilets.
- Parking for up to five cars.
Three day package
Cost: £995
- Field hire for three days, giving you and your loved ones more time to set up for your big day.
- Day before event to set up: 10am to 4pm.
- Access on event day: 10am to 11pm.
- Pack down day after: 10am to 4pm.
- Access to toilets.
- Parking for up to five cars.
Food and drink
From elegant canapés to afternoon teas and hearty buffets, our catering options are designed to suit every celebration. Crafted by our friendly team, our in-house menus offer fresh, seasonal Hampshire produce, such as local trout, heritage tomatoes and handmade desserts. External caterers are welcome too.

Finishing touches
Our Oak field package is dry hire, meaning that the cost of your booking only includes the venue itself. This gives you the freedom to add your own finishing touches from flowers and decorations to music.
