Rebecca Newnham
Rebecca Newnham MA(RCA) FRBS is an artist, sculptor and designer from the South West of England with work throughout the world.
She has been involved in many art projects and commissions since 1991 and exhibited Quercus at Sir Harold Hillier Gardens in 2008, following a residency at the Gardens where she explored our National Oak Collection. This year she has been serving as mentor to the Chapel Arts Society emerging artist group, as well as exhibiting one of her own pieces.

Artist statement
Figure 8 includes glass given to the artist by Eduardo Paolozzi. This sculpture is a response to a place, Hengistbury, and is a response to Henry Moore and Barbara Hepworth’s consideration of the figure in the landscape. It was created for an exhibition in Winchester which included work by these artists.
Delivery
Delivery is in addition to cost, and although she will assist the buyer in getting a quote, it is the responsibility of the buyer to liaise with the logistics provider and organise insurance. Overseas sales (exports) may be subject to restrictions and additional fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
