Explore five unique installations, where creativity meets sustainability, each telling a powerful story through bamboo and community. Run in collaboration with Imagine Bamboo and Brilliant Bamboo.

🔹 Bamboo Phoenix – Tim Franklin
A symbol of freedom and transformation.
Crafted from bamboo, this soaring sculpture reflects our desire to rise above life’s pressures — light, strong, and full of hope.

🔹 Breaking Point – Alisha Miller
A curvaceous, layered sculpture expressing the physical and emotional experience of mid-life womanhood, using split bamboo to explore inner and outer strength.
Split bamboo strands reveal strength, vulnerability, and beauty — all held in delicate balance.

🔹 INVERTED – Spencer Jenkins
A towering bamboo and steel structure visualising height, balance, and circular design. Every component can be reused, making it a true statement of sustainability.

🔹 The Community Art Mill – Anthony Greentree
Inspired by the lost history of windmills and watermills in Nuneaton & Bedworth, this bamboo windmill celebrates community collaboration, storytelling, and sustainable design. It invites us to re-evaluate how we live, consume, and connect — weaving new stories and relationships across diverse communities.

Plus Sandra’s Story – Spencer Jenkins
A heartfelt bench and artwork inspired by local heritage and personal memory, made from recycled steel and bamboo harvested from the gardens.
Come and visit the Gardens to experience these incredible sculptures in person — learn more and be inspired by the stories they tell.
