Start your day with intention, clarity, and renewed energy. This guided morning yoga session will help you coordinate breath, movement, and mind to boost energy levels, strengthen stress resilience, and awaken a deeper sense of presence and inner vitality.
Led by Séb Jouan, a qualified advanced yoga teacher and breath coach, the class blends practical breath techniques with mindful movement to support both physical activation and a subtle sense of inner awakening.
Suitable for all levels of experience. Minimum age 16 years.
To maximise our connection with nature, sessions take place outdoors in the Gardens.
