This workshop is designed for anyone looking to develop their linoprinting practice. Learn how to design, carve, and print layered images using multiple plates to create striking multicoloured prints.
Tutors Aylsa Williams and Mandy Smith are artist printmakers and exhibit regularly in Southampton and beyond.
They will guide you through creating two A6 lino blocks, each carved to print a different colour or layer, with accurate registration. Experiment with colour variations and mark making to bring your image to life. Work from your own sketches or provided ideas. All materials are included. Wear old clothes or bring an apron.
