Design your own star block and turn it into a mini quilt, with textile artist and quilter, Samantha Boot.
Learn how to draft and piece your own quilt block star using traditional patchwork techniques before turning your completed start into a mini quilt to finish at home. All by hand, some dexterity is required.
Students to provide fabric for their star (cotton or linen scraps or a fat quarter), a basic hand sewing kit and ruler, plus thimbles if they use them. All other materials provided.
Suitable for beginners and those with more experience.
