On this two-day workshop you’ll create a quirky asymmetric basket, incorporating a unique ‘found’ wooden handle, making it truly personal. The open top is ideal for household storage.
Led by professional basketmaker Louise Brown, this gentle-paced workshop is suitable for complete beginners with no prior weaving experience.
Participants should bring a seasoned driftwood or fallen-branch handle measuring 40 to 50 cm long and 2 to 3 cm thick, ideally with a curve or interesting shape. All other materials are provided.
