After finishing school, Doug set sail on his instructing career, gained a boatload of qualifications, and met his lovely wife while working abroad. Now, he’s joined the team at Calshot and hoping to inspire the next generation of water sports lovers. In this episode of Crew Adventures, we sat down with Doug to talk about his exciting experiences, from seasons abroad to settling on the South Coast.
