If the issue that caused personal injury, or damage to your property, or vehicle has not been resolved, report it to us by selecting the appropriate issue type on our report a problem page. You will receive an enquiry number which you will be asked to provide when submitting your claim.
It should take you around 30 minutes to complete our online claim form.
