Ceremony fees

The fee is for the celebrant attending your ceremony. If you are hiring a venue for your ceremony, this must be booked and paid for separately. You need to book and pay in full three calendar months before the memorial date.

*Fees quoted for ceremonies from April onwards are indicative and subject to annual review and may be increased.

All ceremony fees quoted here include a £100 non-refundable booking fee. The booking fee is payable when you make a booking with Hampshire Ceremonies. This secures your selected date and time.

Cancellation policy

In the event that you need to cancel a ceremony for which you have already paid, you will be required to provide a minimum of three calendar months’ notice in writing to be eligible for a full refund excluding the non-refundable booking fee. Any requests for a cancellation inside this timescale will also need to be made in writing and will be subject to the following guidelines:

• One to three calendar months’ notice of cancellation – 50% refund
• Less that one calendar month notice of cancellation (or failure to cancel) – no refund
