Are you wanting a beautifully styled ceremony space without the cost or stress of organising it yourself?

With our decoration package, your ceremony room will be fully prepared by our team before you arrive - no need to source items or set up on the day. Simply select this option when booking your ceremony, and we’ll take care of everything for you.

Our package includes a thoughtfully curated selection of décor, such as:

  • Welcome signage
  • Aisle runner
  • Luxury floral arrangements

Arrive knowing every detail has been taken care of, so you can focus on enjoying your special moment.

Should you wish to bring additional decorations with you, please be aware that someone of your choice will need to set up the decorations before the start of your ceremony as our team are unable to help with this. After your ceremony finishes, please promptly remove your decorations so that the room is ready for others to use. There will be access to your ceremony room 30 minutes before, and after your ceremony. For health and safety reasons, furniture cannot be moved.

All ceremony fees quoted here include a £25 non-refundable booking fee. The booking fee is payable when you make a booking with Hampshire Ceremonies. This secures the decoration services for your selected date and time. The remaining fee is payable 3 months before your ceremony date.

In the event that you need to cancel the decorations service, you will be required to provide a minimum of three calendar months’ notice in writing to be eligible for a full refund excluding the non-refundable booking fee. Any requests for a cancellation inside this timescale will also need to be made in writing and will be subject to the following guidelines:

  • One to three calendar months’ notice of cancellation – 50% refund
  • Less that one calendar month notice of cancellation (or failure to cancel) – no refund
If your ceremony is taking place from 1 April 2027 onwards, please note the fees are subject to change.
