Ceremony fees

All ceremony fees quoted here include a £100 non-refundable booking fee. The booking fee is payable when you make a booking with Hampshire Ceremonies. This secures your selected date and time.

This fee also includes two certificates, which you’ll receive within 15 working days of your ceremony. At selected offices, you can choose to collect your certificate in person. If you would like to use this option, please contact the ceremonies team for more information.

The full ceremony fee is payable 3 months before your ceremony date.

*Fees quoted for ceremonies from April onwards are indicative and subject to annual review and may be increased.

Cancellation policy

In the event that you need to cancel a ceremony for which you have already paid, you will be required to provide a minimum of three calendar months’ notice in writing to be eligible for a full refund excluding the non-refundable booking fee. Any requests for a cancellation inside this timescale will also need to be made in writing and will be subject to the following guidelines:

• One to three calendar months’ notice of cancellation – 50% refund
• Less that one calendar month notice of cancellation (or failure to cancel) – no refund
