Ceremony fees

There’s a non-refundable booking fee for ceremonies in Hampshire. This reserves the date and time you’ve requested for your ceremony. The fee covers the cost of the ceremony and venue charges may be applicable.

Please book and pay in full three calendar months before your ceremony date.

All ceremony fees quoted here include a £80 non-refundable booking fee. The booking fee is payable when you make a booking with Hampshire Ceremonies. This secures your selected date and time.

Cancellation policy

In the event that you need to cancel a ceremony for which you have already paid, you will be required to provide a minimum of three calendar months’ notice in writing to be eligible for a full refund excluding the non-refundable booking fee. Any requests for a cancellation inside this timescale will also need to be made in writing and will be subject to the following guidelines:

  • One to three calendar months’ notice of cancellation – 50% refund
  • Less that one calendar month notice of cancellation (or failure to cancel) – no refund
