As an employer, it is essential that we help people to understand what our core business actually is - and the opportunities we offer. Getting people to speak at assemblies about their company and personal career journey is invaluable. It works for both the pupils in raising awareness of potential career choices and enhances the talent pool for companies looking to recruit future talent.
Give an hour
Join our volunteer programme and ‘Give an hour’ (or more, if you can!) and support schools and colleges.
You can help by:
- sharing your career journey with a class or year group
- staging mock interviews or running a CV workshop
- running a group session or activity relating to your industry
- supporting a business competition
- attending a careers fair
