We support local businesses and schools to connect, boosting the pathways from education into the world of work
The Hampshire Careers Hub supports schools and colleges across Hampshire to improve their careers programmes and create opportunities for young people. We connect careers leads and teachers with businesses and other employers within our region, helping to bridge the gap between education and the local labour market.
We also provide opportunities for employers and business volunteers to work with schools and colleges to share their perspective and sector insights with careers leads and students.
The Gatsby benchmarks are integrated into our offering, helping schools and colleges to meet their statutory requirements and provide a high standard of careers education and provision. We also work closely with other Careers Hubs in our region, including Berkshire LEP Careers Hub, Solent LEP Careers Hub and One Surrey.
Employers and volunteers
Connecting employers and volunteers to schools and colleges in Hampshire is a top priority at Hampshire Careers Hub. We need our local business community to work with us to achieve this goal.
