Contract Management

The Construction Supervisory team comprises of 32 NEC Project Managers, NEC Supervisors and Clerks of Works, all working to ensure schemes are constructed to the highest quality standards and value for money.

We have the capacity and expertise to manage multiple contracts ranging from minor works (less than £50k) to major projects (up to and over £40m). Our team has a proven track record of working collaboratively with our Contractors to ensure the most effective contract management, as well as providing value engineering services to build in innovation wherever possible.
