We are a team of professional Quantity Surveyors who provide accurate cost estimates during the pre-construction phase of a project, from providing estimates for funding bids right through to production of pre-tender estimates.

The team also assist the NEC Project Managers with the assessment of construction variations (Compensation Events) as well as providing ‘spend to date’ information and agreeing the final account.
