Contract Award Notice for: AS15031 Hampshire De-registration Partnership HDPR 2023

Hampshire County Council invites applications from providers of residential care in Hampshire for people with a learning disability, physical disability or mental health issue who may be interested in deregistering their homes to join the Hampshire Deregistration Partnership Register.

The Hampshire Deregistration Partnership Register (HDPR) is a bespoke procurement vehicle procured under the Light Touch Regime set out in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The HDPR is open to all providers of residential care for individuals with a learning disability, mental health issue or physical disability who are interested in deregistering their residential homes with the Care Quality Commission and transforming them into supported living schemes. Under the HDPR Hampshire County Council will seek to work in partnership with such organisations in order to facilitate the deregistration process.

The HDPR will remain open for applications for the duration of its 5 year lifespan. The Council has the option to extend this duration for up to a maximum of 5 years at its sole discretion.
