Our contracts provide schools, partners and the wider Hampshire County Council corporate estate with a range of services to help manage and maintain assets to support service delivery and business continuity.
Service level agreement
Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) is designed to give schools access to a full range of integrated services, providing all property needs under one roof, ensuring a seamless approach.
Our dedicated team of property professionals are able to look after your school, including your own Management Surveyor. We provide all inspections, surveys, health and safety advice to ensure you meet your key property statutory responsibilities.
With a fixed annual cost, there’s no need to budget for emergencies such as flooding or a broken boiler. The SLA has a 24/7 emergency helpline, as well as an online portal for easy, up-to date information on your buildings with new online reporting and updates.
Caretaking support
Part of the Service Level Agreement, our Caretaking Support contract provides a dedicated, friendly, day to day support service to schools and their caretakers.
We help support key staff that are responsible for caretaking, ensuring they remain competent to carry out their duties through a developed structured training programme, as well as offering day to day advice from our experienced team. We also offer discretionary services to suit your school’s needs as they evolve.
We provide our services to over 450 schools, colleges and nurseries and their caretakers across Hampshire for almost 30 years.
A one-off annual service level agreement subscription fee also means that all costs are known at the start of the financial year.

Cleaning
Our cleaning contract provides cleaning services across the Hampshire County Council (HCC) Estate and Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service. It also has the provision to supply the HCC estate with Window Cleaning services.

Security
This contract provides various security services across Hampshire County Council sites, their Partners, The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC), Hampshire Fire Rescue Service, and Hampshire schools.
The services provided are:
- man guarding/buddy service
- locking and unlocking
- mobile patrols
- static guarding
- key holding
