This framework is for the procurement of all construction works between the value of £1m - £4m. Typical projects and programmes which have been procured through this framework include refurbishments, extensions and alterations to existing schools and any type of building work to any property (including housing). The framework can be used to procure associated construction services such as hard and soft landscaping. These projects can be construct only or design and build and are awarded through mini competition.
