Our Minor Works Framework is available for all public bodies in Hampshire and the neighbouring counties to use. The framework is for the procurement of a wide range of general building and Mechanical and Electrical works such as repairs, maintenance, refurbishments, recladding and extensions.

Comprising seven lots:

• General Building (£0-£100k)
• General Building (£100k - £1m)
• SCOLA re-cladding (£0-£3m)
• External Windows and Doors (£0-£500k)
• Roofing (£0-£500k)
• Mechanical (£0-£500k)
• Electrical (£0-£500k)

Each with specialists for the work contained within, to deliver projects at times technically demanding, complex and sensitive.
