Customer Service with Get Set UK
This program is designed for newcomers or returnees to customer service. The Level 2 Award in Customer Service contains topics including delivering quality service, building a good reputation, and essential skills for the role. You’ll also gain Level 2 Food Safety and Allergen Awareness qualifications, plus access to online courses on Slips & Trips and Health, Safety & Welfare. Wrap-around support includes CV help, mock interviews, career mapping, and in-work support to prepare you for sustainable employment.
Duration
Family friendly online course timings – 9:30 – 3pm 5 days per week for 3 consecutive weeks or 3 days per week for 5 weeks (Face to face in Cosham).
