Skills Bootcamps Graduate

Skills Bootcamps are free, flexible courses of up to 16 weeks, giving people the opportunity to build up sector-specific skills and fast-track career progression. They are a great way to progress in a current position with the support of your employer, change careers, secure employment or gain new contracts for those who are self-employed.

Our Skills Bootcamps have been developed to address current skills needs within the Hampshire area – giving you the skills that we know employers are looking for. We offer Skills Bootcamps in various sectors; see the Explore Skills Bootcamps sectors below for a full list.

Who are the Skills Bootcamps for?

Residents aged 19 and over and living in the Hampshire area are eligible for the Hampshire County Council led Skills Bootcamps. You can be in full-time or part-time employment, self-employed, unemployed, or returning to work after a break.

Skills Bootcamps are free to all learners, but there may be a contribution requirement from the employers. If you are unemployed, you will be offered a guaranteed interview with an employer at the end of your course.

All Skills Bootcamps learners are offered support upon completion of their course to progress within their chosen field. Support offered includes CV review, pastoral support, coaching, and mentoring.

How to register

Once you have found a course, check the individual course page to see whether you require any pre-existing knowledge or qualifications. Eligible individuals should register directly on the Skills Bootcamps provider website.
