Early Years with Get Set UK
This programme is intended to support individuals entering or re-entering the early years sector following a career break. Participants will study the Early Years curriculum at Levels 2 and 3, including accredited units covering safeguarding and child development. Candidates will obtain Level 2 Food Safety and Allergen Awareness qualifications, providing essential knowledge for the safe provision of food to young children. The course also features a paediatric first aid session, offering industry-recognised accreditation that is approved by Ofsted. There will also be additional opportunity to take online courses in Autism Awareness and Advanced Safeguarding. Wrap-around support includes CV help, mock interviews, career mapping, and in-work support to prepare you for sustainable employment.
Duration
Family friendly online course timings – 9:30 – 3pm 5 days per week for 3 consecutive weeks or 3 days per week for 5 weeks (online to allow for school drop offs and pick ups).
