This programme has been put together to upskill candidates into hospitality and leadership. The learning is designed to give you a greater understanding of what you can be doing to be more successful within business and what the role of a hospitality supervisor can be. The training will provide you with knowledge and ability to provide excellent levels of hospitality, customer service and leadership. The length of the Skills Bootcamp is 60 hours in total spanning eight sessions both online and offline. You will be taught and assessed on your theoretical competence throughout the course to ensure you understand how to thrive in this sector.
