Detailed guidance for completing the application form

Please read the grants overview and guidance notes below and terms and conditions before applying.

Applications must be submitted electronically. The application needs to be completed in a single session and cannot be saved for later amendments prior to submission. Take care when completing the form as errors may result in the delay of grant payment, if the application is successful.

NOTE: There is currently no facility to receive a copy of your application when it is submitted. If you wish to keep a record of your application, you are advised to save screen shots for each page of the application.

Before you start

Applicants must contact their county councillor before applying for a grant to discuss the project and seek agreement in principle.

Before you begin, please have the following information ready:

  • your organisation’s details
  • details of your project/service/activity
  • funding and finance (organisation’s bank details are required)
  • any supporting documentation.
