    To consider a report of the Chief Executive seeking recommendation of County Council representatives to the Daedalus Strategy Group, and that the Group be added to the County Council's list of Outside Bodies.

2. TRANSPORT CAPITAL PROGRAMME 2004/05 PROGRESS AND PROGRAMME AMENDMENTS (Report herewith)

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval of the revised 2004/05 Transport Capital Programme.

3. HAMPSHIRE VILLAGES INITIATIVE - SUPPLEMENTARY PROGRAMME (Report herewith)

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval for the removal of traffic calming in Elvetham Road, Fleet, and that the traffic situation on Elvetham Road be reviewed after completion of the town centre improvements.

5. PROJECT APPRAISAL: ROMSEY ROAD/TWYFORD ROAD ROUNDABOUT, EASTLEIGH - PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS (Report herewith)

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval of a Project Appraisal for implementation of pedestrian improvements to the Romsey Road/Twyford road roundabout in Eastleigh.

6. PROJECT APPRAISAL: CHESTNUT AVENUE, EASTLEIGH - PROPOSED PUFFIN CROSSING (Report herewith)

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval of a Project Appraisal for the installation of a Puffin crossing on Chestnut Avenue, Eastleigh.

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval of a Project Appraisal for the implementation of the Safer Routes to School scheme for Bay House School, Gosport comprising the installation of new and additional cycle storage facilities and closed circuit television measures.

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval for conditional consent to be granted to Warsash Marine for harbour works in the navigation of the River Hamble, permitting Warsash Marine to modernise, extend and relocate is pontooning.
