To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval of a Project Appraisal for the implementation of a cycle track/footway following both an off and on-road route to help cyclists access the railway station and the town centre.
2. PROJECT APPRAISAL: ANDOVER QUALITY BUS PARTNERSHIP - BUS INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS (Report herewith)
To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval of a Project Appraisal to carry out infrastructure improvements in the Andover area (Routes 7, 8 and 9), and for the installation of real-time information equipment to Andover based buses as part of a Quality Bus Partnership.
