Pursuant to Minute 374 of 27 September 2004, to consider the report of the County Treasurer and Chief Executive on progress to date with discussions with district councils in Hampshire with the aim of agreeing a countywide protocol for the use of the additional income from reducing the council tax discount on second homes, for affordable housing.

11. IT TO SUPPORT NURSING CARE HOMES (Report to follow)
To consider the report of the Director of Social Services on the procurement of an appropriate IT system for nursing care homes.
12. EXCLUSION OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC
RECOMMENDATION:
That, by virtue of Paragraph 4 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act, the press and public be excluded for the remainder of the meeting.
