To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage which sets out the conclusions of the review of the Museum Service and the proposed changes.

3 REVENUE BUDGET 2005/06 (Report herewith)

      To consider the joint report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage and the County Treasurer, which sets out the proposed Recreation and Heritage revenue budget for 2005/06 and reports on the revised budget for 2004/05.

13. HERITAGE LOTTERY FUND APPLICATION FOR THE SIR GEORGE STAUNTON COUNTRY PARK, HAVANT (Report herewith)

      To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the Heritage Lottery Fund application for improvements at Staunton Country Park.

14. REPRESENTATION ON THE SIR GEORGE STAUNTON COUNTRY PARK JOINT MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE

      There is a County Council vacancy on the Sir George Staunton Country Park Joint Management Committee to be filled. Membership of the Committee is, by Regulations, restricted to members elected for divisions wholly and partly within areas of Havant or East Hampshire. Proportionality rules do not apply.

      The Executive Member is recommended to make an appointment to fill the vacancy.

16. CAPITAL GRANT FOR ARTSWAY, NEW FOREST (Report herewith)

      To consider the confidential report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage concerning the purchase of the freehold of ArtSway, a centre for contemporary visual art in the New Forest.
