1. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
All Members who believe they have a personal or a personal prejudicial interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare their personal interest and having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed. To consider the report of the Director of Environment seeking Members' endorsement of the proposed policy and programme direction for the Central Hampshire strategy area.
8. TRANSPORT CAPITAL PROGRAMME 2005/06 (Report herewith)
To consider the report of the Director of Environment appraising Members of the proposed 2005/06 capital programme presented to the Executive Member for Environment on 21 January 2005.
9. LOCAL TRANSPORT PLAN CAPITAL PROGRAMME - PRIORITISATION OF SCHEMES (Report herewith)
To consider the report of the Director of Environment setting out a proposed methodology for the assessment and prioritisation of schemes within the next Local Transport Plan 2006-2011 (LTP2).
10. STRATEGY PROGRESS AND ISSUES
To consider the oral report of the Director of Environment informing Members
about current issues in the Central Hampshire area including the A3 Hindhead
and the Winchester Park and Ride extension.
11. DATE, TIME AND VENUE FOR THE NEXT MEETING OF THE
PANEL
The next meeting of the Central Hampshire Transport Strategy Panel will be
held on Tuesday 1 March 2005 at 2.00 pm in the Wellington Room.
