A meeting of the Strategic Planning Joint Advisory Panel will take place on Wednesday 2 March 2005 at 10.00 am in The Conference Room, Ashburton Court, The Castle, Winchester when your attendance is requested.

Car parking has been arranged on the top deck car park, Elizabeth II Court - a map is attached for information Please report to Room 100, Chief Executive's Reception, (just over the catwalk from the car park) Elizabeth II Court upon arrival. You will be issued with a visitor's pass and directed to the meeting room. Refreshments will be served from 9.30am.

To consider the report of the Hampshire Director of Environment, the Portsmouth Strategic Director of Environment and Transport and the Southampton Executive Director of Development and Sustainability on the progress report submitted to the Minister for Housing and Planning in respect of the Hampshire Housing Action Plan.

6. HAMPSHIRE COUNTY STRUCTURE PLAN POLICY H4 MONITORING PAPER (Report herewith)

To consider the report of the Hampshire Director of Environment, the Portsmouth Strategic Director of Environment and Transport and the Southampton Executive Director of Development and Sustainability which informs the Panel of the conclusions arising from the Hampshire County Structure Plan Policy H4 Monitoring Paper 2005, and the outcome of consultations.

7. DATE, TIME AND VENUE FOR NEXT MEETING OF THE PANEL

To confirm the arrangements for the next meeting of the Panel to be held on 13 July 2005.
