9 RIVER HAMBLE HARBOUR AUTHORITY (Report herewith)

To consider the report of the Head of Corporate and Legal Services and Monitoring Officer on proposed changes to the constitution required to give effect to revised management and governance arrangements for the River Hamble.

10 PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION - AREA-BASED COMMITTEES AND PANELS (Report herewith)

To consider the report of the Head of Corporate and Legal Services and Monitoring Officer on the proposed addition of the South Downs Joint Committee to the list of statutory joint committees contained in paragraph 11 of the Constitution.
