5. PROGRESS UPDATE ON SCHEMES IN THE CAPITAL PROGRAMMES (Report herewith)

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment providing a progress update on transport schemes within the 2004/05 Capital Programme and schemes for the 2005/06 Capital Programme approved by the Executive Member for Environment on 21 January 2005.

6. HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE AND MINOR CAPITAL WORKS

                    (Report herewith)

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment outlining progress with regard to the 2004/05 Highway Maintenance and Minor Capital Works Programmes and proposals for future programmes and details of the 2005/06 Highway Maintenance Budget and Programme.

7. EASTLEIGH TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT (Report herewith)

    To consider a report of the Head of Engineering at Eastleigh Borough Council updating Members on progress made and new issues arising since the last report to the Panel in October 2004.

8. CASUALTY REDUCTION PROGRAMMES (Report herewith)

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment outlining progress on the Hampshire County Council and Hampshire and Isle of Wight Safety Camera Partnership casualty reduction programmes for 2004/05 and into 2005/06.

9. TRAVEL PLAN PROGRAMMES (INCLUDING SAFER ROUTES TO SCHOOLS) (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment providing a progress update on the workplace, school, and personalised travel planning programmes for the Eastleigh area. It also includes an update on the Safer Routes to Schools programme for schemes within the Eastleigh area.

10. OTHER HIGHWAY RELATED PROGRAMMES (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment detailing the programmes for Hampshire Villages Initiative and Regeneration of Older Urban Areas, Intelligent Transport Systems, Bridgeworks, Development Related Works and Street Lighting.

11. DATE, TIME AND VENUE FOR THE NEXT MEETING OF THE PANEL

The next meeting of Eastleigh Highway and Transport Advisory Panel will be held on Friday 14 October 2005 at 10.00am at Eastleigh Borough Council.
