RECOMMENDATION:
That, by virtue of paragraphs 8 and 9 of Part I of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of Item 14 below.

To consider the confidential report of the Director of Environment on capacity and funding issues relating to the Alton Materials Recovery Facility.
