1. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
All Members who believe they have a personal or a personal prejudicial interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare their personal interest and having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed. The declaration should be made at the time of the relevant debate.

To consider the report of the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services setting out a suggested response to the motion on Fairtrade moved by Councillor Mrs Buckley at the meeting of the Council on 23 February 2005, and which was referred to the Policy and Resources Scrutiny and Select Committee for detailed consideration.

To consider the report of the Chief Executive on the current position with regard to the programme of Best Value Reviews of Services.

The County Treasurer to give an informal presentation on efficiency savings and the way in which progress will be reported to the Committee.
