    To receive a report of the Director of Human Resources which presents the Equality and Diversity Performance Report on Members' role in supporting the implementation of the Equality Plan and Race Scheme, considered by the Cabinet at its meeting on 23 May 2005.

7. 2005/2006 ENVIRONMENT CAPITAL PROGRAMME PROGRESS AND REVISIONS (Report herewith)

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment which considers progress and revisions to the 2005/2006 Environment Capital Programme which are proposed to reflect programme and cost variations on individual schemes, to be considered by the Executive Member for Environment : South Hampshire and Resource Management at his meeting on 13 September 2005.

8. REVENUE BUDGET MONITORING 2005/06 (Report herewith)

    To consider a report of the County Treasurer and the Director of Environment which presents the outcome of the first budget monitoring review for 2005/06 for the Environment Services, to be considered by the Executive Member for Environment : South Hampshire and Resource Management at his meeting on 13 September 2005.

9. LOCAL TRANSPORT PLAN - FUNDING CONSULTATION

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment which provides an update on the funding mechanism for the full Local Transport Plan and seeks agreement to the proposed response to Government consultation.

10. LOCAL TRANSPORT PLAN - ANNUAL PROGRESS REPORT 2005

      (Report herewith)

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment which introduces the 2005 Local Transport Plan (LTP) Annual Progress Report (APR) submitted to the Government on 29 July 2005. It covers performances during 2004/05 in terms of scheme delivery, progress towards targets and capital spending levels as well as forecasts for 2005/06.

11. STREET LIGHTING CONTRACT PERFORMANCE (ANNUAL REPORT) (Report herewith)

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment which details the performance of the street lighting maintenance contract and outlines the early results of co-locating client staff with the contractor.

12. HAMPSHIRE MINERALS AND WASTE DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK STATEMENT OF COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT (Report herewith)

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment which details the Statement of Community Involvement, part of the Hampshire Minerals and Waste Development Framework, to be considered by the Executive Member for Environment : North Hampshire and Spatial Strategy at his meeting on 13 September 2005.

13. GOVERNMENT CONSULTATION PAPER : PLANNING FOR HOUSING PROVISION (Report herewith)

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment which considers the County Council's response to the Consultation Paper "Planning for Housing Provision".
