2. EXCLUSION OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC

RECOMMENDATION:

That, pursuant to Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting.

3. APPEAL AGAINST DISMISSAL

To consider the appeal submitted by a member of staff against the decision to dismiss. A note on the procedure to be followed is enclosed. The evidence submitted is as follows:
